Do you have what it takes?

A 911 operator receives emergency calls and dispatches appropriate services like police, fire, or medical help. They gather important information like the caller’s location and the nature of the emergency and multitask while staying on the phone with callers until first responders arrive.

The job demands quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 911 operators provide the vital link between those in need and emergency services that can help them.
